FewTuRe: Empowering SMEs with AI-driven document automation

Our new research project, "FewTuRe," aims to help small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) to automate their document tasks more efficiently.

By using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), we can streamline tasks like extracting information from invoices and receipts, which are often done manually and prone to errors.

In this project, we'll create an AI model that can reliably pull out the important details from these documents. We'll also use a smart learning method called Few-Shot Learning, which allows us to customize the model for different business needs using just a few examples. Plus, we'll make sure our system works in multiple languages by using a diverse dataset.

dida will lead the project, while the Machine Learning department at HU Berlin will provide research support.
