dida at Zukunfsforum Kuststoffkreislauf by DECHEMA

One week ago we had the pleasure to attend the Zukunftsforum Kunststoffkreislauf hosted by DECHEMA Gesellschaft für Chemische Technik und Biotechnologie.
Our colleagues Dr. William Clemens and Dr. Eva Höning represented dida and presented our work on KIOptiPack - a project focused on identifying the appropriate recycling method for plastic products using AI.
At the event, they showcased a poster on our latest technological developments: "Probabilistic Modeling of Unknown Plastic Properties with Denoising Diffusion."
This approach aims to improve the accuracy of material classification when product information is incomplete - supporting smarter and more sustainable recycling decisions.
Thank you DECHEMA for organizing such an inspiring event and to all the participants for the valuable conversations!
