Upcoming Tech Talk: Understanding Customer Needs with NLP

On January 19th 11 am our Machine Learning Scientist Angela Maennel will hold a tech talk explaining how NLP can be used to create user-friendly interfaces. While customers prefer being able to express their needs using free-form text, for processing structured data is often necessary. She will show how this conflict can be resolved using NLP. The talk is based on a project we did together with felmo resolving exactly such a conflict for their website.
