We were invited to present a poster on 27th - 29th of November at the National Forum for Remote Sensing and Copernicus 2018 from a recent remote sensing project. A key part of the project involved an image segmentation, for which we had decided to use a convolutional neural net developed by the University of Freiburg (-> U-Net). The conference is hosted by the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure in Berlin. With over 450 participants and many experienced speakers, the Copernicus Forum is one of the most distinguished events in the field of remote sensing in Europe.
We want to thank DLR (German Aerospace Center) for the invitation and all the participants for the interesting exchange. We hope to see you again at the next Forum!
